POSITIONS

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural or interior concepts into presentations, 2D drawings, renderings, and other illustrative tools for medium- to large-scale projects such as hotels, resorts, urban areas, office towers, apartment complexes, etc.

• Ability to develop conceptual design and/or technical drawings.

• Work with the Design Director to analyze site data, create design briefs, and define design direction.

• Coordinate and respond to feedback from technical disciplines to develop integrated, feasible designs that meet technical standards.

• Present drawings and presentations with logical layout and strong visual sense, especially color perception.

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to improve design quality.

• Priority will be given to candidates with strong concept design ability.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role at an architecture or interior design firm

• Experience in designing architecture or interior for hospitality and resort projects is an advantage

• Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp (mandatory), 3DS Max, Lumion, D5, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and similar programs. Revit proficiency is a plus

• Solid understanding of design principles, construction techniques, planning indicators, codes, and current regulations

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

• Good design thinking and eagerness to learn

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Basic English communication skills for interaction with international consultants is a plus
