Currently under development, the Linh Sơn – Hướng Thượng New Urban Project comprises two adjoining developments in Hương Thượng Commune, Thai Nguyên City, totaling approximately 1.12 million m² and designed to accommodate around 6,000 residents.​​

The project will deliver modern, ecologically integrated urban neighborhoods featuring comprehensive infrastructure and mixed-use zones to greatly enhance the city’s livability. Renoma supports the owner through project management consulting—coordinating master planning, design strategy, infrastructure planning, and regulatory alignment. Scheduled for completion by phases between Q3 2023 and Q4 2028, this development is set to become a defining addition to Thai Nguyen’s urban landscape.
