Hôtel Perle d'Orient Cat Ba called for a hospitality experience that could capture the breathtaking beauty of the Cat Ba Archipelago while offering the refined exclusivity of a world-class destination. Recognizing the site's immense potential mid-development, the opportunity was to elevate the property from a lower-tier concept to a globally recognized sanctuary where international luxury, regional tourism, and dramatic coastal landscapes feel naturally connected.

The scope involved acting as a project management consultant and shareholder, strategically pivoting the 121-key project mid-construction through investment planning, design management to deliver a resort positioned as a hospitality destination on Vietnam's northern coast. Spaces were reshaped to support the rhythm of a premier coastal retreat, moving fluidly from significant architectural upgrades to unparalleled guest experiences and quiet moments of retreat.
