Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre called for a hospitality experience that could capture the distinguished French architectural heritage of the capital while offering the comfort and care of a five-star residential retreat. Set in the vibrant central district, the opportunity was to create a place where business, leisure, and Vietnamese local character feel naturally connected.

The scope included project management and interior concept positioning for the renovation of 155 keys, optimizing layouts, sharpening 4 F&B outlet concepts, and upgrading professional convention areas, culminating in its grand reopening in January 2024. Each space was reshaped to support the hotel's rhythm, from transforming redundant back-of-house areas into O Macanese and Cabana Club to delivering fully equipped luxury ballrooms and an exclusive Executive Lounge.
