Spanning a massive 79,000 m² along the pristine coastline of Cam Ranh, this resort project encompasses a main hotel tower, private bungalows, and luxury villas.
Our interior design scope ranges from the initial concept through to detailed construction documentation, ensuring a cohesive vision for the 364-key property.
The design language marries a bold modern contemporary aesthetic with indigenous materials and colors, rooting the international Novotel brand firmly within the local context of Khanh Hoa while providing distinct destination venues like a beach restaurant and pool bar.
Our design invites guests on A Journey to Discover Ocean Treasures, an odyssey that echoes the vibrant, untold biodiversity of the Khanh Hoa coast. The voyage begins in the Main Building—our Deep Ocean Zone—where the sun-drenched surface is left behind for the mysterious allure of the abyss. Here, guestrooms are envisioned as sunken sanctuaries, saturated in a rich, jewel-toned palette where the glowing crimsons of hidden rubies and the lush greens of deep-sea emeralds pierce the darkness.
Moving toward the coast, the bungalows act as a vibrant transition zone, celebrating the life of coral reefs, fish, and seashells through colorful textures and decor. Finally, the journey surfaces at the seafront villas, where the design opens up to the infinite horizon, capturing the warmth of the sunset, palm trees, and the calm rhythm of the shoreline.
