The Iconic Tower on Xa Lo Ha Noi Street called for a visionary commercial space tailored to the bustling expat community of Thao Dien. The opportunity was to establish a premier green oasis and coworking office tower where a vibrant green ecosystem, integrated lifestyle amenities, and a dynamic local culinary scene feel naturally connected.
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope as a project management consultant, involved guiding the project from the Owner's perspective, strategically balancing high-end aesthetics with precise budget management to establish long-lasting value. Each space was curated to stand the test of time, moving fluidly from artistic culinary touchpoints like The Albion and Saigon Kitchen to the iconic, Super Potato-designed Social Club Rooftop Bar and its serene infinity pool.
THE NARRATIVE
A concept shaped by 1930s heritage, contemporary flair, curated masterpieces, and the energetic pulse of Saigon. At Hôtel des Arts, the city's rich history is not just scenery in the distance; it is the living heartbeat of the stay.
