MERCURE HOTEL
THE BRIEF
Mercure Tan Son Nhat called for a hospitality experience that could capture the bustling, ever-changing rhythm of Saigon while offering the comfort and stimulating care of an immersive airport retreat. Set at the vibrant meeting point of the city's past and present, the opportunity was to create a destination where modern transit, timeless architectural heritage, and authentic local character feel naturally connected.
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope as a project management consultant, involved guiding the project from the Owner's perspective, strategically balancing high-end aesthetics with precise budget management to establish long-lasting value. Each space was curated to stand the test of time, moving fluidly from artistic culinary touchpoints like The Albion and Saigon Kitchen to the iconic, Super Potato-designed Social Club Rooftop Bar and its serene infinity pool.
THE NARRATIVE
A concept shaped by 1930s heritage, contemporary flair, curated masterpieces, and the energetic pulse of Saigon. At Hôtel des Arts, the city's rich history is not just scenery in the distance; it is the living heartbeat of the stay. Guests move between Parisian-inspired afternoon teas, vibrant local dining, and spectacular rooftop sunsets, returning each time to a poetic sanctuary that feels elegantly curated and deeply tranquil. This is lifestyle luxury with an artistic soul: timeless, sophisticated, and deeply alive.
