THE BRIEF
Currently under development, VCI Sky Garden is a thoughtfully master-planned urban residential community spanning 17.2 hectares in Vĩnh Yên City, Vĩnh Phúc. The development features a diverse mix of 395 shophouse units, a 21-storey twin tower, and community housing comprising two 11-storey blocks with 216 apartments. Positioned along the main thoroughfare Nguyễn Tất Thành, the project is strategically located with seamless access to industrial hubs and key city infrastructure—ensuring convenience and connectivity.
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope as a project management consultant, involved guiding the project from the Owner's perspective, strategically balancing high-end aesthetics with precise budget management to establish long-lasting value. Each space was curated to stand the test of time, moving fluidly from artistic culinary touchpoints like The Albion and Saigon Kitchen to the iconic, Super Potato-designed Social Club Rooftop Bar and its serene infinity pool.

A concept shaped by 1930s heritage, contemporary flair, curated masterpieces, and the energetic pulse of Saigon.
