SCOPE: ARCHITECTURAL & INTERIOR DESIGN

THE BRIEF

Sapphire Thai Binh called for a premier hospitality and large-scale event venue capable of hosting significant MICE gatherings (up to 1000 guests) while authentically celebrating the deep cultural tapestry of the Red River Delta. Set in Diem Dien among fertile rice plains and ancient, resilient craft traditions, the opportunity was to create a destination where professional networking, cultural pride, and natural beauty feel naturally connected.

The scope included interior concept for the entire hotel, 480 keys, with a focus on the expansive Grand Ballroom, flexible meeting spaces, pre-function areas, guest accommodations, and specialized F&B outlets. Each space was shaped to support the rhythm of high-level events, moving fluidly from dynamic conferences and intricate traditional craft showcases to sophisticated business dining and moments of culturally-rich retreat.

A story shaped by the shimmering intricacy of Dong Xam silver etchings, the raw texture of Nam Cao silk, and the masterful 17th-century wood carvings of the sacred Keo Pagoda. At Sapphire, the cultural identity of Thai Binh is not merely decoration; it is the fundamental heartbeat of the stay. Guests navigate environments that echo centuries of craftsmanship and the natural richness of the delta, engaging in modern commerce while enveloped in the authentic soul of tradition. This is heritage hospitality with a professional pulse: intricate, authentic, and deeply connected.
